Slow Food SE Washington publishes a quarterly newsletter, The Gastropod.

In The Gastropod, expect to find news about SF USA, activities at other convivia that would interest SFSEWA members, interviews with producers, restaurateurs, and others in our area who are striving to embrace the principles of good, clean, and fair food. The newsletter will also feature recipes, identify new producers, markets, and eateries, and generally contain the latest news about SFSEWA activities over the previous 2-3 months.

Expect a lot of what you see in The Gastropod to end up on this website. The Facebook page also is a great place to exchange ideas, share news about new sources of the kind of food we need, ask questions, complain, and keep in touch with others who share your desire for better health for people and the planet.
